Wow...my first online blog....waddayaknow.

My name is Christelle and I decided to create a journal to help me with weight loss. I decided to make it public for two reasons, one, maybe someone out there can help me along the way, and two maybe I can help someone else.

I haven't always had a weight problem, I used to be very thin, but I am now at the point where I am 300 plus pounds. A little over a week ago i rejoined weight watchers and am pretty confident I will pull it off this time.

I do have a Dr's appointment set up for the 18th to discuss weight loss surgery but I am hopeful by the time my six month wating period is over I will have done well enough that I will not need the surgery. If I do still elect to get the surgery I think I will still continue on with weight watchers because I know too many people who have had the surgery and are now large again.

All of that said..my weigh ins are saturday mornings and I am at:
Starting weight 314.2
First week weigh in 310.2

I really didn't think I would lose anything. I'm in the 37 point range and somedays it feels like I am eating so much (using flex plan btw). So I was pretty stoked to see a four pound loss.

Now this week I am starting to stress over activity points. it is just so easy to say your going to excersize..and then before you know it the whole day is gone and you haven't gotten up off your rear.
